What is the Réno-Maître Label?

Réno-Maître is an accreditation granted by the APCHQ to companies who have distinguished themselves through a standard of professionalism over many years. In order to obtain this accreditation, we had to demonstrate a sound financial footing, high level of competence and a desire to satisfy our customers.

I've heard stories of renovation work that went on for several months. Will this happen if I use your company?

No. Thanks to our superior level of planning, all work is completed within deadlines as set at the outset.

Does the renovation work cause a lot of dust particles to be spread through the house?

We pay particular attention to this issue and try to limit dust particles to the room where the work is being done.

Is the work under warranty?

All work is guaranteed for 5 years against major faults and for one year against minor faults.

What sorts of financing do you offer?

Standard financing arrangements are made with TD Bank. Terms vary from 1 to 10 years.

What is the average time needed for renovation work?

This depends on the size of the renovation. For example, for a standard bathroom, you need to allow for around 8 working days, for a kitchen around 10 days, and for a basement about two weeks.

Is it possible to renovate my only bathroom?

Yes, but this requires a particular set of logistics. For this, we can reinstall the toilet each evening. On the other hand, the bathtub will not useable for 2 to 3 days.

Do I need to stay in the house during the work phase?

In general this is not necessary, nor is it advisable. The work proceeds more efficiently and in a safer manner when staff can concentrate on their duties. The presence of the customer usually slows down the rhythm of the work as well as compromising the workers' safety.

Can I obtain references?
